Refund policy
This policy explains when Nodeservice Core issues refunds for educational programs and advisory packages. Pricing on the website is informational; paid enrolments are confirmed in writing.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Nodeservice Core for open cohort seats or packaged briefings. Custom Northbound Circle engagements follow the cancellation clauses in the signed statement of work if those clauses differ.
Timeframe for cancellation
You may cancel an open Studio seat for a full refund up to 14 days before the cohort start date, provided learning materials for that cohort have not been released to you. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Inside 5 days, fees are generally non-refundable because facilitator and cohort preparation costs are already incurred.
Conditions for full or partial refund
Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort, when we materially change dates and you cannot attend the new schedule, or when you cancel within the full-refund window above. Partial refunds may apply for mid-window cancellations or when only unused advisory hours remain on a package after mutual agreement.
Non-refundable items
Completed live modules, already-delivered on-site facilitation, third-party venue costs itemised separately, and downloadable materials once accessed are non-refundable. Administrative bank fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.
Refund process
Email hello@nodeservice-core.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange a bank transfer to an account you designate in writing.
Cancellations by Nodeservice Core
If we cancel a program and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled element.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Where a mandatory cooling-off right applies to a distance contract for services, we honour that right according to applicable rules, noting that fees may become payable for services already performed at your request during a withdrawal period.
