Communication advisor with a decade supporting German employers through Betriebsänderungen. Miriam previously led internal communications for a multi-site logistics group and now focuses on spoken leadership language under consultation constraints.

Participant notes

The Module 3 frame stopped our directors from improvising “reassurances” that legal later had to walk back.

Thomas R. · Plant HR, Lower Saxony

Dense material. I needed a second pass on Module 5, yet the press escalation lines earned their keep within a week.

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. We coordinate with your counsel and focus on communication craft. Employment law decisions remain with your legal advisors.

Who should attend?

HRBPs, communications leads, and managers who will speak directly to affected teams. Pure spectators rarely finish the Voice Lab well.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not certify works council negotiation tactics or selection-criteria design. If your primary need is bargaining strategy, you will need a different specialist — we stay with communication readiness.

Language of delivery?

Live sessions run in English with German examples and bilingual templates. Private cohorts can switch primary language on request.
